2. Nature of Donations
- All donations made to Shivale Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances as defined below.
- Donations are used to support our charitable objectives, welfare programs, and ongoing projects.
- We do not offer goods or services in exchange for donations unless explicitly mentioned (e.g., event tickets or merchandise in a fundraising campaign).
3. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate transaction: If a donor has been charged twice for the same donation.
- Technical error: If an online payment was processed in error due to a technical glitch.
- Unauthorized transaction: If a donation was made without the knowledge or consent of the donor.
- Wrong amount entered: If the donor entered an incorrect amount by mistake and informs us within the stipulated period.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund:
- Send an email to info@shivaleeducationo.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Include:
- Full Name
- Transaction Date & Amount
- Payment Reference Number (from payment gateway receipt)
- Reason for Refund Request
- Our finance team will verify the details and respond within 7–10 business days.
5. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Refund timelines depend on the payment processor and may take 5–15 working days.
- Any processing fees charged by banks or payment gateways will be deducted from the refunded amount unless the error was on our part.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Since donations are voluntary contributions to support our charitable work, cancellations are not generally permitted once payment is confirmed.
- If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel future donations by notifying us via email at least 5 working days before the next scheduled debit.
7. Currency
- All donations are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- International donations may be converted by your bank/payment provider, and currency conversion charges may apply.
